Rule 66
Claims and counterclaims must be submitted in writing
: (1) According to subsection (5) of section 119 of the Act, when the party who wants to settle the dispute through arbitration submits a claim, it must state the agreed terms of the initial demand claim and the remaining issues and the basis for confirming the same. The arbitrator must submit the claim to the arbitrator in writing within seven days of starting the work. When submitting such a claim, it is not possible to submit a claim outside of the collective demand claim or on any unrelated matter.
(2) After submitting the claim as per sub-rule (1), the arbitrator shall give seven days time to the other party to submit the counter-claim along with the information of such claim.
